Speaking about the Green Inaugural Ball last night and as everybody was talking about Michelle Obama's making a fashion statement in her "Jason Wu" gown, this press release about re-fashioned plastic bag into couture dresses caught my eye. I was thinking this type of recycled clothing should be mandatory in any green-type events.Boutique store EM& Co opened its first art exhibit in 2009 featuring wearable one-of-a kind dress pieces made from recycled plastic shopping bags.
